Rainbow Flock Agency makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property.
In no event shall Rainbow Flock Agency or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data, revenue, or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the platform, even if Rainbow Flock Agency has been notified of the possibility of such damage.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify Rainbow Flock Agency immediately of any unauthorized access or use of your account.
Account sharing is strictly prohibited. Each account is for use by a single named individual only.
Rainbow Flock Agency reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to the platform at any time, with or without notice, for any violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, all licenses granted under these Terms immediately cease.
Rainbow Flock Agency reserves the right to revise these Terms at any time without prior notice. By continuing to use the platform after changes are posted, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. You irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the applicable jurisdiction.
